Full-desk service including a consultation, posting the position on various job boards, direct sourcing/outreach to potential candidates, weekly updates to the hiring team, direct scheduling of qualified candidates, and onboarding assistance. This service can be fully customizable as outlined in the request form below. The placement fee will be discussed during the consultation process based on specifics. No fee is due until an offer is accepted with a submitted candidate. We offer a 1 time replacement should the candidate be dismissed within the first 30 days due to performance. 

Some of the topics I specialize in include creating a sourcing plan, preparing for job interviews, and talent resources. After our consultation, I'll send a follow-up email with all the information and recommendations we discussed during our meeting.
